Purpose<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website as well as the booking and transportation services offered by Taxi Official.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The service consists of either:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>in the actual running of the race<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>either by connecting you with a partner driver selected based on strict criteria for quality, reliability, and compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Taxi Official relies on a network of trusted, carefully selected professional drivers to ensure uninterrupted service, even in the event of internal unavailability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Any reservation implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Services Offered Taxi offers, among other things:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passenger Transportation in Brussels and Belgium<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Airport transfers (Zaventem, Charleroi, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfers to train stations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Long-distance trips (Belgium and neighboring countries)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driver Services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Standard, Business, Van, and Accessible Vehicles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Service Available&nbsp;<strong>24 hours a day, 7 days a week<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Reservation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Reservations can be made via:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>external platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer must provide accurate information (address, time, phone number).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any error may result in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a rate adjustment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a delay<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or the inability to complete the race<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Pricing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prices are calculated based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>distance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vehicle type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>traffic conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the selected options<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The prices shown are estimates and may be adjusted in the event of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>route change<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>data entry error<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>exceptional circumstances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional Stop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Taxi Official adheres to a policy of price transparency without excessive markups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.1 Online Payment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Online payments are made through the secure platform&nbsp;<strong>Stripe<\/strong>, offering:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>bank cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bancontact<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other available payment methods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.2 Payment to the Driver<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment can also be made directly to the driver (cash or other accepted forms of payment).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Cancellation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancellation is free of charge if made within a reasonable timeframe of 48 hours before the race.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fees may apply if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The driver is already on his way<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The reservation was canceled too late<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.1 Cancellation by the Customer<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancellation is free if made at least 48 hours before the race.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fees may apply if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The driver is already on his way<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The reservation was canceled too late<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.2 Failure to Appear<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If the customer is absent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The race is considered paid in full (no refunds will be issued)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Delays and Theft (Airport)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For airport transfers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The driver can track the flight's arrival if the flight number is provided<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A reasonable waiting period is included<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, late fees may apply<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taxi Official cannot be held liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>flight delays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>customs inspections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unforeseen issues related to the airport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Waiting time<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A 10-minute waiting period is included, depending on the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, additional fees may be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Customer Obligations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer agrees to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Treat the vehicle and the driver with respect<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not exceed the vehicle's capacity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not engage in dangerous or illegal behavior<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Any damage may be billed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Taxi Official cannot be held liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>traffic-related delays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cases of force majeure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>errors in addresses or information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the service is provided by a partner, that partner is responsible for carrying out the ride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Luggage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Luggage is accepted subject to the vehicle's capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;The guest remains responsible for his or her personal belongings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Animals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pets are allowed only upon prior request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15.
