1. Company Information
Taxi Official offers a booking platform for chauffeur-driven transportation services in Belgium and internationally.
2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website as well as the booking and transportation services offered by Taxi Official.
The service consists of either:
- in the actual running of the race
- either by connecting you with a partner driver selected based on strict criteria for quality, reliability, and compliance
Taxi Official relies on a network of trusted, carefully selected professional drivers to ensure uninterrupted service, even in the event of internal unavailability.
3. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Any reservation implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. Services Offered Taxi offers, among other things:
- Passenger Transportation in Brussels and Belgium
- Airport transfers (Zaventem, Charleroi, etc.)
- Transfers to train stations
- Long-distance trips (Belgium and neighboring countries)
- Driver Services
- Standard, Business, Van, and Accessible Vehicles
Service Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
5. Reservation
Reservations can be made via:
- the website
- the partners
- external platforms
The customer must provide accurate information (address, time, phone number).
Any error may result in:
- a rate adjustment
- a delay
- or the inability to complete the race
6. Pricing
Prices are calculated based on:
- distance
- vehicle type
- traffic conditions
- the selected options
The prices shown are estimates and may be adjusted in the event of:
- route change
- data entry error
- exceptional circumstances
- Additional Stop
Taxi Official adheres to a policy of price transparency without excessive markups.
7. Payment
7.1 Online Payment
Online payments are made through the secure platform Stripe, offering:
- bank cards
- Bancontact
- Other available payment methods
7.2 Payment to the Driver
Payment can also be made directly to the driver (cash or other accepted forms of payment).
8. Cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge if made within a reasonable timeframe of 48 hours before the race.
Fees may apply if:
- The driver is already on his way
- The reservation was canceled too late
8.1 Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellation is free if made at least 48 hours before the race.
After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued.
Fees may apply if:
- The driver is already on his way
- The reservation was canceled too late
8.2 Failure to Appear
If the customer is absent:
- The race is considered paid in full (no refunds will be issued)
9. Delays and Theft (Airport)
For airport transfers:
- The driver can track the flight's arrival if the flight number is provided
- A reasonable waiting period is included
In addition, late fees may apply
Taxi Official cannot be held liable for:
- flight delays
- customs inspections
- unforeseen issues related to the airport
10. Waiting time
A 10-minute waiting period is included, depending on the service.
In addition, additional fees may be charged.
11. Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to:
- Treat the vehicle and the driver with respect
- Do not exceed the vehicle's capacity
- Do not engage in dangerous or illegal behavior
Any damage may be billed.
12. Liability
Taxi Official cannot be held liable for:
- traffic-related delays
- cases of force majeure
- errors in addresses or information
If the service is provided by a partner, that partner is responsible for carrying out the ride.
13. Luggage
Luggage is accepted subject to the vehicle's capacity.
The guest remains responsible for his or her personal belongings.
14. Animals
Pets are allowed only upon prior request.
15. Personal Information
Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
They are used solely for:
- reservation management
- customer service
- improving service

17. Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
